  5. The Company Does Not Receive Cash Transactions In Any Way Nor Does It Ask Any Employee To Give Cash. If Any Distributor Gives Cash Transaction To Any Employee Then It Will Be A Personal Matter Of The Distributor And The Company Cannot Do Anything In This
  6. Whatever Legal Matter There Is Between The Company And The Distributor, It Will Be Decided By The Delhi Court Only And Will Not Be Accepted By Any Other Court
  7. Shri Usha Industries Company Bring, The Distributors Will Deliver Only Vonexa Brand Products. If They Are Found Delivering Any Other Brand, Then The Distributor Will Be Considered Guilty And Appropriate Action Will Also Be Taken Against The Distributor And The Distributorship Will Be Withdrawn Without Any Notice

If The Distributor Wants, He Can Keep His Employee On By Talking To Shri Usha Industries Company, Whose Salary Will Be Paid By Shri Usha Industries Company But It Is Mandatory For An Employee To Sell ₹ 2.5 Lakh To The Distributor In A Month The Minimum Payment For An Employee Will Be Rs 15000 To 18000 And Daily Allowance Will Be Separate
  9. If The Distributor Makes Billing Of Rs 10 Lakh Every Month, Then He Will Be Given Warehouse Rent. Minimum Rent 5000, Maximum Rent 7000
  10. Shri Usha Industries Has Maximum Product In Housekeeping Industry And Will Provide All The Products To The Distributor Whatever The Distributor Demand
  11. The area distributor who will be appointed will not have any other distributor appointment in the area unless the distributor wishes.
